Pennsylvania Dutch Marble Cake Minimally dressed with a dusting of sugar and hand-crafted sugar paste flowers, the eye-catching beauty of this cake is the swirl of vanilla and cocoa in the batter. The flavor is subtly sweet and a perfect pairing for afternoon coffee, tea or a complimentary dessert to any meal. Shoo Fly Pie An old family favorite from the West Virginia hills! This is a tender-textured, rich-flavored molasses cake baked in a buttery pie shell. Garnished with a swirl of whipped cream frosting on top – this dessert is as big a hit at your summer barbeque as it is on your Thanksgiving Table. Banana Nut Bread Squares Always Gluten-Free*, always whole grain, always amazing! We use a special proprietary flour blend that includes almond meal and super-food teff flour to create the wholesome and delicate flavor of these single serve squares. Black Cherry Forest Minis These bite-sized beauties that mimic the look of a traditional fluted bundt cake feature the full-bodied flavor of deep chocolate and tangy cherry. Buttercream Cupcakes We offer a variety of cake flavors including chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, maple, and orange chiffon for our perfectly iced buttercream cupcakes. You’ll want at least a baker’s dozen of these delicious gems! Any of our offerings can be made Gluten-Free* upon request. *We make all of our Gluten-Free sweet treats with all gluten-free ingredients and careful attention to detail.
